fz99's Commitment to Responsible Gaming

Stay safe while having fun — fz99 gives you the tools and support to play in a healthy, mindful way, so entertainment never becomes a burden.

Our Responsibility

Gaming Should Be Fun, Not a Worry

fz99 believes that online casino and sports betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of income or a way to solve financial problems. We want every player to enjoy themselves within healthy limits.

On this page we explain how to use fz99's various protection tools, what the signs of problem gambling are, and where to get help if you need it.

Only individuals aged 21+ may participate on our platform. Creating or using an account by minors is strictly prohibited.

Stay Alert

If you have concerns about your gambling habits, ask yourself the following questions:

Are you placing more bets to try to win back money you've lost?
Are you prioritising gambling over family or work?
Are you spending beyond your budget?
Do you find it hard to stop playing?
Are you going into debt or facing financial pressure because of gambling?

If you answered "yes" to one or more of these, please contact our support team.

Protection Tools

fz99's Safety Features

We put full control in your hands — set deposit limits, account breaks, and more, all at your convenience.

Deposit Limits

Set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. A limit reduction takes effect immediately, while a limit increase takes effect after a set waiting period.

Time Controls

Set a limit on how long you play in one session. After the time you set, you will be notified automatically so it is easier to take a break.

Time-Out

If you feel you need a short rest, suspend your account for a set period — anywhere from 24 hours up to 30 days. During this time no bets can be placed and no deposits can be made.

Self-Exclusion

Choose self-exclusion for a longer break. This feature permanently locks your account for a specified period, and it cannot be reactivated before that period ends.

Activity Review

You can view your betting history, win/loss record, and spending details in your account at any time. Staying aware of your own habits is the first step toward responsible gaming.

24/7 Support

fz99's live chat and email support are available at any time of day. If you feel gaming is getting out of control, speak directly with our team in Bengali.

Healthy Habits

Responsible Gaming Guidelines

Following these habits while playing at fz99 will keep the experience enjoyable at all times. Being a responsible player is not just about following limits — it reflects a healthy mindset.

Set a budget before you play and stick to it.
Never place extra bets to try to recover money you have lost.
Avoid playing when you are drunk or emotionally unstable.
Take regular breaks — at least 10 minutes of rest every hour.
Prioritise spending time with family and friends.
Do not think of gambling as a source of income — it is entertainment only.
Keep your account details out of reach of underage family members.
If you feel any pressure or compulsion, seek help immediately.

Control Methods

How to Set Limits

Setting a Deposit Limit

Go to the "Account Settings" section of your fz99 account. Under the "Responsible Gaming" option, enter your daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit and confirm. A limit reduction takes effect immediately.

Enabling Time Controls

From the same settings page, select "Session Time Limit". Once you set your preferred duration (such as 1 hour or 2 hours), a reminder will appear automatically when that time is up.

Activating Self-Exclusion

If you feel you need a long-term break, contact the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. State the period you want and the team will act promptly.

Age Verification

Protecting Minors Is Our Priority

fz99 strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 21 from using the platform. Age is verified at the time of account creation, and registering with false information is a punishable offence.

If a family member is a minor and there is a risk they may access your account, use password protection on your device and make sure you are logged out.

If we suspect that an account is being used by a minor, we immediately investigate and, where necessary, close that account. fz99 makes no compromises on protecting minors.
